“To begin with the sales agent/rep/owner did not know if I purchased home insurance from him. Then I get a call his office and he tells me that he does not find me in his data base but he would be happy to sell me insurance. I thought I was going crazy. I found emails from last year where I had purchased home insurance from this agent and call the office but they can not fine my policy number or have a record of me being a customer. Instead, I was told “your house may not be insured at all”. Finally they came back saying that they did sell me insurance and they found me in their system. I tried giving this company another chance. He called back to get some more info and told me that once everything goes through he would call me back to confirm that everything is set for my home insurance and I have yet to hear from him, it’s been 72 hours. Long story short, this company can be more organized and more professional.”
